Well after week four down about 25 lbs. with minimal working out. The goal last week was to integrate the exercise element and needless to say it failed miserably.
This last week has been my least amount of weight lost, and I fully anticipated this. Therefore I hope this next week I can add the working out part and go from there. But for the the most part, diet alone has done well and is progressing quite well. I know once I add exercise, the next phase of my goal will be initiated and soon to be complete.
351 down to 325 in under four weeks. Pants and shirts are beginning to fit better.

That’s pretty good. Do you think it is because your body has more to lose? I started out at 204.8 and in three weeks I’ve only gone down to about 199.4 – most of that was lost in the first week. I’m hoping I can find a way to keep losing. The first week I wasn’t very strict and lost 4 lbs – then when I went to the letter, I didn’t lose anything further. Hopefully it’s just the “woman” thing – that it will take me a bit longer.

I think that has a lot to do with it and with almost any diet I can lose 20lbs asap, then I begin to struggle. Even now I have been stuck at 25 for about two weeks. So last week I went off the 4hb to give the system a shock and hopefully that will get me another 10-15 by the end of March. I will keep posted. BTW I did gain four pounds after last week. What kind of protein is in your vegan shake and what is your main source of protein?
