So after a strong six weeks on the diet, I took last week off. I have been stuck at 25lbs for a couple weeks and for the most part have tried everything. Therefore hopefully giving my system a total shock will help boost the results for the weeks to come.
One thing I think was a major culprit is coffee. I began to increase my intake of coffee, black, and the week I made a point to drink 20oz-30oz. I noticed a 5lb drop at least. I hate to do it every week though just because I do not want to get really dependent on it.
What do you think, any ideas?
